a perfect embrace in the heart

studio kitchenette restful sleep plentiful storage

our room reminded me of a dream, a large studio kitchenette it was, complete with everything we needed. the bed invited us into restful sleep after long days of exploration. i found comfort in the plentiful storage, every item of clothing fit perfectly, organized and accessible.

the absence of onsite staff. i longed for a face to greet, a voice to guide, especially when small questions arose.

the room had a kitchenette with basic appliances and utensils. the large studio kitchenette had a very comfortable bed with clean, soft linens. ample storage space ensured that clothes and personal items were neatly organized.

ineffective heater rooftop room

the hotel has a coffee machine and all essentials for quick meals.

I was disappointed, when i booked, the room i saw had a standard window view. upon arrival, my room was on the rooftop with no view. The window shutters didn't work. the heater was loud but ineffective.

nice location extra linen luggage lockers

i liked the location. it is a few steps from the dancing house and easy to get to the tram. the coffee and extra linen were very nice. luggage lockers are a thoughtful touch.

unclean shower sticky tape

The location was fine. It was easy enough to get around.

The room was not properly cleaned. i found hair in the shower. the tv remote was missing its battery cover. It was just taped on with masking tape. the masking tape was peeling, so it was really sticky and gross.
